How to check and enter a Korean five-digit postcode
A postcode helps distinguish similar road names and neighborhoods. Do not infer it from a translated address; confirm it together with the selected Korean road-name address.
Enter all five digits
Current Korean postcodes contain five digits. ZIP, ZIP Code and Postal Code are different labels for the same field in international forms.
Do not add KR or insert a hyphen. If a numeric form removes a leading zero, check that a value such as “04524” still contains five digits before submitting.
Confirm it with the address
Search using the street and building number and choose the matching result instead of looking up the postcode alone. Large organizations or post-office boxes can use a separate postcode.

What to check when a form rejects it
First confirm that Country is set to South Korea. If another country is selected, the form may validate the postcode against the wrong national format.
Remove spaces and hyphens and reselect the autocomplete address. If the merchant does not ship to South Korea, changing the postcode format will not resolve the restriction.
